48 hours in Chicago

I spent the Cinco de Mayo weekend in Chicago visiting a friend who was visiting the United States from Ghana. It was a short but sweet visit.

I caught a bit of a Mexican heritage show

Stumbled upon a Polish parade

Captured Genghis Khan at the Field Museum of Natural History making use of several photography apps on my iPhone. The exhibit was very educational!

Bumped into a 26 foot Marilyn Monroe on The Magnificent Mile

Did a zero gravity ride…after lunch (not a good idea)

Watched kids get amused.

And managed to fit in the Cotto – Mayweather fight.

Overall, an excellent last minute weekend trip!
