Saturday, we woke up at about 7am to bright sunshine. Bright sunshine. Of course. The day we plan to leave Belize will be the day of bright sunshiny hot weather. Caye Caulker was alive with life. Where were all these people the day before?
Our flight was not until the afternoon so we enjoyed a brief stroll and a great breakfast before heading out to the airport where our plane actually left EARLY to return to the States.
Un-Belize-able! I guess this is Mother Nature’s way of telling us we must come back.
And come back we will!
